At Dorchester.com we take the delivery of your order very seriously. All of our orders are despatched from the UK using Royal Mail.
Orders are normal despatched next business day, this excludes weekends and UK public holidays.
We despatch to all countries in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
UK Orders
In the UK we send all orders by 1st Class post, however dependant on the size of the order and the products ordered we will also use Registered Post and Special Delivery, ‘Signed For’ services.
From order placement to order delivery it normally takes between 2-3 working days, assuming all items are in stock.
Overseas Orders
We use Royal Mail’s Air Mail service for all of our overseas orders, however dependant on the size of the order and the products ordered we will also use the Royal Mails’ International Signed For service.
From order placement to delivery to European countries it normally takes between 4-8 working days, assuming all items are in stock.
From order placement to delivery to Non-European countries it normally takes between 8-15 working days, assuming all items are in stock.
All customers are liable for any customs and / or duty charges.
Note: Due to customs delays overseas orders may take longer to deliver.
Post and Packing
Our post and packing prices are based on the weight of the order being placed.
Post and Packing costs are calculated and displayed before you finalise your order. If you add items into the ‘Shopping Cart’ and then click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of every page you can get an estimation of the post and packing costs before completing any name or address information.
Delays
Dorchesters.com will not be liable in any way for any delays in the despatch or delivery of orders.
Orders may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions or other outside factors.
Due to customs, delays in deliveries may occur to countries outside of the United Kingdom.
