At Dorchester.com we take the delivery of your order very seriously. All of our orders are despatched from the UK using Royal Mail.
Orders are normal despatched within 2 business days, this excludes weekends and UK public holidays.
UK Orders
In the UK we send all orders by Signed For 2nd Class or Tracked 48 postal services, however dependant on the size of the order and the products ordered we will also use Registered Post and Special Delivery services.
From order placement to order delivery it normally takes between 3-4 working days, assuming all items are in stock.
Post and Packing
Our post and packing prices are based on the weight of the order being placed.
Post and Packing costs are calculated and displayed before you finalise your order. If you add items into the ‘Shopping Cart’ and then click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of every page you can get an estimation of the post and packing costs before completing any name or address information.
Delays
Dorchesters.com will not be liable in any way for any delays in the despatch or delivery of orders.
Orders may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions or other outside factors.
